I can't believe it. My symptoms occur 5-7 days before my period/menses ever starts! It ruins a large portion of my life. This morning I woke up and feel sore in my nose, can you believe it, pimple IN MY NOSE. I feel like a clown with red nose. I can’t sleep last night and I get the feeling that I wont be able to sleep normally for few more nights. *Sighs* I can't think straight, I make wrong decisions, ugly emotional outbursts/moody, irrational thinking, extremely tired, cranky, crying, extreme emotional sensitivity, body aches all over, pain/aching in the back, nerve pain, blank staring, that "not here" feeling. My body temperature drops, I'm cold, I have low blood pressure, and it dips even lower, sometimes get shaky. My teeth hurt, I get sores in my mouth or any kind of infection in my body flares out. My breasts are extremely painful. The list is endless. It goes away after my period goes away.
I’m glad peoples that I love understand me during my PMS, Aiman has been extremely patience with me even though I always let it out on him, I have suddenly become Ms Jekyll 'n Hyde to him. I feel bad for treating him like that but its not me, its my dark side, Wynnie *grins*

I remember this one time I was havin cramps so bad I was like doubling over in pain...Oh wait...That wasn't me.
Well, it's good Aiman puts up with your "Woman troubles" it's a mark of a true...Ummm guy that loves you...yeah.
So to solve yer problem I say morphine and lots of it. |

I find PMS so annoying. I hate being grouchy. But I learned that in some Native American tribes, when a girl is on her "moon," she is relieved of work and has special training lessons with the elder women of the tribe. I just remembered that from my visit to a sweat lodge.
