akira, if you go to ozzfest, dont wear chains, bracelettes, big earings, necklaces, or any of that stuff. they make you take it off, cus in a moshpit those things can be DEADLY. yes, the moshpits there are INSANITY on a pogo stick on a trampoline on a space station. yeah... anyways. have fun. |

something i just noticed...we were moshing on a marble floor...that might be why my wrist got so (beep) up...those mother(beep) (beep) (bbbbbeeeeeeeeeeeeeepppppppppppp) and thats why it happened that stupid little tart... |

let me just add my two cents to me and rev and righty and ming's moshing time: Not only was it wet, and muddy, and loud, and fast, but it was also slippery, and let me tell you, when ur 5' 11", and you plow into someone, they are going down, regardless of whatever.
I have to say, the funny part was that there was this girl belly danncing right in the middle of the pit, and where she was dancing, there was a small patch of grass. Eventually, we booted her off, and we pummeled that area of the grass...so all was muddy, and good

ive been in the pit in quite a few gigs, but everyone looked atfer each other coz there were kids getting involved too, one was during a big festival green day did last year in england, it was during a's set, and my mates then gf fell, i dragged her up again, then she dragged me out of the pit coz it scared her and she didnt wanna be alone |

I've never moshed, don't get many at Jethro Tull / King Crimson concerts, but a giant Frankenstein/wildman like friend of mine Matt has apparently seen a few. The only advice he gives is don't fall down |

The best mosh pits were at Pantera concerts. You get some crazy people there. A friend went in, came out, his chest was all yellow and he could barely breath for the rest of the show. |
