ESPN Football - (It's still NFL 2K4 to me)

This game pwns Madden for Xbox and not just because it's online, the commentary is AWESOME and they really integrated the ESPN style into it VERY well. If you're thinking about getting a NFL title this year make it this one. And add my GT to your FRIENDS list, SpliffandTink. So that I can pwn you as hard as this pwns Madden.

[laughs]i thought the presentation and the commentary was about the only thing worthwhile on that game...i lacked the feel of other football titles. But i also didnt pick up Madden either ...so i went with Fever..and the lovely XSN Sports addition they got. So me and my gaming team have been playing that online!

Is the gameplay worser then what lil bit i played..like have you done a season yet or played more games?

Hmm, if you like Fever, then you obviously are either A) Bi-polar B) One of the kids on the "short yellow bus" or C) So into self-deprivation that you'll go to crazy extremes to hurt yourself.
Seriously, I think this game is better than all the competition. The franchise mode is nice, you get "emails" from the front office to let you know about upcoming oppenents and injury updates and everything. And the gameplay? It's rock solid man! The addition of "special moves" i.e. stutter step, stop short, shiver on the right thumbstick is the roxor! I think you should try it again. Unless you like "arcadey" football, then I say stick with Fever or Madden.
