Problem with my signature

I went to change my signature, and it gave me this message:

When i look at the box for my signature in my profile options, it has nothing but hte picture code for my Tobias picture.

Well, i figured that i should brign it up in case some other people are having the same problem.

the board does not allow dynamic image paths in your avatar. it may be that this path is not a "static" or constant path and it may change which would cause the image to break

Can you give me the url you are trying to put up?

im not trying to put up any new pictures, im just actually trying to remove the original saying i have in my signature...that desperado quote Very Happy

It told me that my siggie was too long. I simply deleted the PO card script from it since I'm guessing that may not be valid right now anyway. My Interests box was also too long but while it would allow me to delete, I couldn't add or even replaced characters.
I also emailed you this but for anyone else reading, the Occupation box now holds your date of birth.

Good luck, you have a lot of work ahead of you. I know what it's like getting back up to speed in the PC world.

Yeah I know some of the migration went a little crazy. I noticed that the "actual picture" attribute in the profiles ended up under "website" here. So if anyone sees those kinds of problems in their profile... just switch your stuff around. It would be way to much for me to go fix the profiles of 200+ members.

Few questions...

1st, I'm wondering why we needed a new board in the first place?

2nd, are the old colors coming back? Because my sig looks seriously funky with the old board's background color contrasting with the new default silver <o o>

Shino would probably explain further but we needed to switch because iKonboard was vulnerable and creating faulty scripts that were eating up massive cpu space on the server causing them to deactivate our account over and over.

Also, we are migrating towards a php design website and for absolute cohesion between the two we needed to move to a php run forum. Colors will be back momentarily.

We had the plan to move to a new board a while ago, more then anything for consistancy. The website and the board didn't need to be the same, but this way we only have one language to deal with.

After this thing with the server... basically there was a script somewhere in ikonboard that was running forever and it ended up taking up all of the cpu cycles on the server. So we switched boards in emergency fashion. That's why the colors are off.

Everything will be changing back to normal soon.

We are also going to look around for the hacks that were in the old board.

No worries... The old Po you knew is still hear... just wearing different clothing right now.

As for your sig... why don't you make the canvas transparent.

That was the plan originally, to make it transperant, but the blue background made little grey and white pixels around the image because I had shrank it a bit~ I can always change that now since the background is more white and grey, but I'm going to wait until you guys pump out the perminant color scheme, then I'll be good to edit it as I see fit <' '>b
