Either that is a bugged game or a fake.
Mario makes contact with bowser, no damage.
Mario gets super fireballs at every boss
Mario kils a cannonball with his face.
A majority of the doors have mario exiting at full run.

mario wasn't making contact with Bowser, he was shooting fireballs at the very last minute.
Since he never got hit, he kept the fireballs
he didn't kill a cannonball with his face, tell me what the time says at the moment this occurs.
I don't even understand what you mean by doors. 
This looks legit, and I can totally see some gameaholic spending years perfecting a SMB3 Time Attack. It is a very impressive feat. Not only the time, but the fact that he beat it with 99 men, and didn't get hit once. It presents a new challenge for SMA4.
