Jim Butcher's series is wizard with vampires in it
the white wolf stuff
there also a book called Blood Legacy a rather unusal twist on the vampire history like many other out there
as for the romance with vampire there is maggie furey she has a whole series
Then there is the fantasy stuff
Anne Bishop Dark Jewel Trilogy and others are good
David and Leigh Edding the Mallorean and Belegarian and the other four books with it, The Redemtion of Atlus which i really enjoyed
i know a lot more but these are just the ones i remember off the top of my head.

well surprisingly the magic the gathering series books (especially the ones written by King) are very good. i picked up invasion and didnt stop reading till scourge. (thats alot of books: Invasion, planeshift, apocalypse, odyssey, torment, judgement, onslaught, legions, and scourge) the books storylines are divided in 3 book "cycles" the cycle before the invasion one is very good as well. theres alot of fantasy/adventure/action and even romance. theres also plenty of those witch/monster/misc you are looking for. another good read which ive reccommended before but it isnt really a fantasy is the Earth X graphic novel which is very very very good even if you dont know who any of the characters are.
