I'd go with the stealth. It's so much more... Mentally challenging... Although I know you really do get a lot of gratification from killing everything that moves. |

Pshht, that's how I played Deux Ex. Silenced Assault Rifle with almost no recoil, plus my mastery of the weapon, means everyone dies. 
But, erm... Ghost will rule. |
