I concur with both of you. Yet, perhaps they were all drunk and not thinking strait? Of course, then you get back to the whole, you should know better than to get drunk if you know that you're stupid when drunk issue. I hesitate to pass judgement on anyone in situations like this, but he should definitly take responcibility and relook his life. His actions killed a man who was his friend. That calls for some reflection.

i rode in one once...when my sister was dying...
yep rode there watchin her cry....blood everywhere.
remeber staring at my own hands covered in blood knowing that she had just been stabbed. |

.... There is more horror in this world than most will ever know, and there are few that know it's full extent. People such as us will not ever know it. But there are those that do. And while giving them pity would be the greatest insult I know that they carry the greatest burden. thanks you guys...yea she was crying whispering "i dont want to die i want to be ok" and im sitting here holding her hand as we were gettin rushed to the hospital and then right when we pulled in she flatlined it and was gone...
yep a scar burned in my head forever.... |

I'm sorry for that Akira. No one should have to see and deal with such things, especially not at a young age. Cars are very dangerous machines. We play with death every day and don't know it. So many sorrows. I wish that I really WAS a healer. Everyday I see people hurt and I can only wish them well. There is nothing I can do. It hurts to know your own powerlessness. I wish it didn't have to be so. I hope that I am the last PO to get in an auto accident for some time.
