Yeah, there's a reason for the run-on. I thought it would be an interesting way to portray the altered awareness of a NoSPeD. Did it work?

btw, the word NoSPeD is not prounounced "no sped"

It did and it didn't. Like I said, it feels a bit odd, running on like that. I got the idea that's what you were trying to do, however, you might want to try and show that that's how the thought processes are working, and not how you're describing it..if you catch my idea?

I have a habit of assuming that everyone reads the way I do: Serious escapism, I put myself in the shoes of the main character(unless they're female :p), whatever they feel, I feel, whatever they see, I see. This effects the way I write. Whatever I describe is how the character sees it :p

But I will think on that, and decide whether or not to change it. Thank you!

As always, I truly enjoy the originality and creativity of your work. This piece was especially entertaining in that it read like a documentary watches (if thats an apropriate analogy). A present of information (the quotes at the begining set teh whole mood of the story), then brief examples that showed the 'condition' as is actaully feels to the people with it.

Super great use of the run-on, as well, General. Properly enployed to bring out the specifics of the condiiton, really brings the reader into how the condition affects someone in a first person manner, rather than, as I said before, 'watching' a documentary. Definaly a sharp contrast. I suggest developing this idea into a short story and using it as a pilot to a publisher.

But hey, I liked the slapping chinese guy Excel posted, I could just be easily amused.
