SHINO! Don't do it! Ski-ing is for suckers and chumps! You gotta Snowboard man. Don't let her talk ya into Ski-ing. Ok, lil' biased but I enjoy boarding WAY more than Ski-ing. Mainly cause you can put stickers and stuf on yer board...Oh and the whole sucking on Ski's thing. Plus you don't look all dorky going "Pie, pie, pie, french fry, french fry, french fry." |

snowboarding is the answer to ur problems...go up off a table top and hit u a nice 540 method air and then finish it with a mute and youll be set to go.... |

Coats standing on their own... not a good sign at all.
And, yes, I agree, boarding is the way to go. I've tried both skiing and boarding and I liked boarding a ton better. Of course, I'm sure it had nothing to do with the fact that it was my best friend teaching me, and the fact that we laughed our a$$es off everytime I fell down, which was a lot. Not at all.

That reminds me that the earth is suffering a lot from Mankind's pollution, lol. 8 inches of snow in Florida, the only time I imagined that to happen was when I was wondering what a Nuclear winter would be. |

Don't know about what Georgia got, but up in DC the sidewalks are slippery and the roads are dangerous. Fortunately my path to work was a) short and b) already plowed/sanded. So, everything was cool for me. And the ice didn't accumulate enough to cause any powerline damage which is also a good thing.
Fortuantely it's supposed to get warmer this afternoon so it'll be back to the normal brain damage of drivers that can't drive when it's wet. |

Kinda what it was like back home for me, despite all these people had shilled out money for those big SUV's but were afraid to use them when the weather outside wasn't sunny and pleasant, so they'd get school to be cancled, thus piling on extra days in June.
And as the the ski/board debate, I ski. I ski because to do anyhtin else will invite the wrath of The-Great-Unmentionable-One! He is the Nordic God of Skiing and Mountains! He cares not for Snow Boarders! And no, I will not say his name until I am on skis on a mountain covered in snow |
