the actual and most acurate translation for yatta is "alright" which can mean "i win", "yay" etc. just like it can here in america. it is a positive and sometimes motivating expression of encouragement or excitement.
as for the original music and such it apparently is a bunch of men dancing around wearing figs leafs much like the amv una and i saw. but here is the original and other videos (including the one above) for the song yatta.
