Everyone join my diet, instead! It's really easy.

1) Live your life as normal. Unless you're unhealthily over-weight, skip all other steps. Take step 5 if you feel like it, though; it'll make us all better as a whole.

2) Pick an activity. I highly reccommend DDR, though some kind of sport or even simple walking would work almost as well.

3) Don't eat five thousand times a day. Three meals and a few snacks in between each will do fine.

4) Have a high metabolism. If you don't have one, steal one. I know a guy named Terry, he's really a Jack of all Black Market Trades.

5) Eat everyone you see on the low carb diet. They're probably healthy enough raw, but cooking is usually reccommended. Fortuantely, you can usually spot them at restaraunts, and there's always a grill or deep frier there!

With these five easy steps, you can be on your way to a happier, healthier you!

Drink a lot of water.
It increases your matabolism.

Be cautious of your intake of fried foods, soda, beer, and white stuff (potatos, rice, bread and pasta)

I found that every time I hit up a diet I would go crazy on the eating better and exercising at the same time. Often making myself feel more hungry, etc. So I started off with portion control and started integrating the exercise in after I didn't feel so incredibly hungry.

Seems to be working fine.

I'm trying to kill myself at the gym but it sux cause I keep getting stronger and more staminized to the point where I don't really feel like I killed myself enough.

It's sickening really..If I could be constantly weak it'd be nice.

Allow me to expand on Shino's brilliant suggestion.

Drinking cold water not only increases you metabolism, but drinking enough to where you are urinating clearly, you start to clear out alot of nasty stuff and take alot of work off of your kidneys. Every glass of cold water you drink increases your heart rate and gets rid of nasty calories.

Yes but doctors are starting to say that if you drink too much water (Crystal clear urine is a sign) you are in fact hurting your body more...I'm not sure how exactly but that's the way things are I guess.

See that's exactly the problem with the AMA

Every year they change something. All they would tell you is how good Orange Juice is for you...then they came back out two years later saying that OJ is highly acidic and can ruin your digestive system


So I try to go off what I know....however I do know two dangers of over doing water

1. Third Spacing - This is hard to do but if you seriously drank way too much water...you can third space... Third spacing means that you actually over flow your blood vessels. You won't erupt the vessels, but the vessels can become thin enough to where they pass water through the walls of the vessel themselves. When this happens you can go into Congestive Heart Failure. That means the sac around your heart gets filled and it squeezes on your heart

2. Man I forgot the name of this - Anyway what happens is if you eat and then drink too much, too quickly, your body essentials 'dumps' all of the food very quickly down the stomache, and speeds up digestion. If the digestion speeds up to much the food bypasses certain areas of the digestion system and you get little to no nutrients from that food

So just be careful folks Smile
