Is anyone interested in going to see the Villiage? Maybe a few of us can hook up and see it. It's the New M. Night Shyamalan film.
"The Village", written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan ("The Sixth Sense"), tells the story of a small, close-knit town in rural Pennsylvania whose citizens are afraid of the mystical creatures they are told live in the woods surrounding them. The film stars Joaquin Phoenix, William Hurt, Adrien Brody, Sigourney Weaver, Bryce Dallas Howard, and Brendan Gleeson. |

Joaquin Phoenix is the guy from Gladiator. He played Commodus, that sneaky little weasel. He also played Merril in Signs.
Kai, if I were around you, I would go because I really want to see this movie. M. Night had me sold with Signs, then I saw Sixth Sense and I was like, "This guy is a movie god." But sadly I live in CT.
The only problem I have is that Adrien Brody is in it, if what you say is correct. I don't know why, but he just pisses me off. |
