Today.. it was said to be nice.. maybe one or two showers of basically nothing. That is what they said.. and have been saying. Then today I get up and im all ready to go out and get my yard sale started and get rid of all these electronics and furniture.. then suddenly the clouds come and say to me HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!  and thats what it felt like when I got EVERYTHING out when the sun came back out.. and suddenly it just went and started raining. so here I am running around like this >  because i cant get the damn electronics covered. :: sighs:: yeah so here I was got everything covered and was callin in my helpers to help store it again till tomorrow.. AND GUESS WHO SHOWS UP  and i bet you as soon as i go out there again he will tell me goodbye and then my stuff will get wet again. I HATE THE WEATHER :: growls :: yes sorry.. thanks for listening.... do any of you have similar experiences with this or should i just feel like i was damned today?

Well, one time we took my convertible out and the weather report said everything was supposed to be sunny all week. I mean, people were dressed like they were at the beach. So we go to the mall and leave the roof off. Well, the mall has ceiling windows and it took us about a half an hour to realize that it had been pouring down rain. We run to the car and it's like a minipool. We open the doors and the water literally makes a little waterfall that ran for about 30 seconds. Then we had to drive an hour back home in a soaking wet convertible. |

see i cant stand it.. stupid weather peoples always lieing or the sudden weather changes I CANT STAND IT... and yes it did it again to me. I was out there it was nice and sunny.. everything was goin good i made some money. Then DOWN POUR! and i was soaked everything got soaked... :: goes off screaming and sluring curses:: |

Heh, that happened to me today, I mean it was kinda cloudy so I expected it to rain, but I walked to my friend Paul's house and he lives a good 2 miles away. So when I started walking home, 5 minutes down the road and DOWNPOUR. I was so soaked by the time that I got home that my skin had actually began wrinkling. I mean, I love rain and all, but I have a party to go to tonight and that was my only clean pair of pants. |

well...today gave me a new experience.
For my post-grad party, i won 3 yankees tickets. Well, the game was today (technically yesterday...the 21st) so me and my best friend go there, and its hot as hell...and yes, we had complete awareness that there was going to be rain...so we went anyways, and there was rain...and bottom of the 4th, the game was delayed. What pissed me off was the fact that i left about an hour and a half later, and figured: "Well...they will cancel the game most likely...so i'll have some extra tickets for another game"
Well...surprise! After 3 hours and 42 minutes, they resumed play, and lost horribly 6-1. But im not too upset...due to the fact that A) i went to a Yankees game...which is always fun, B) i got the experience of driving up there by myself, and with my best friend, and C) the tickets were FREE!!!!
So thats my weather story

Yeah the rain here in NYC came down soooo hard for like 30 mins!!! It looked like there was going to be a tornado or something!!! It was crazy and cool at the same time, because I was indoors and all nice and dry!!!! Sorry Tobs. But I don't mind the rain it's the thunder I don't really like. |

The weather here has been marvelous. We have had a couple of showers but overall this is the weather I absolutely love! The sunny, breezy I can wear long sleeves or short sleeve, pants or shorts kinda weather. |

Thats how it is today...not a cloud in the sky, very little humidity...can wear long or short clothing. It just rocks today!

I've always been a little scared of Thunder and Lighting. Especially since I'm living here by myself. I think that's what makes it a little more scary. PLus the freakin fire alarms usual goes off when the power flinches, and that usually happens during a storm like that. It's just annoying.
