in reality too much of anything is bad for you

If you OD on sodium...you can go into what they call third spacing

All your blood vessels (appillaries, arteris, and veins) pump blood and fluids around your body...sodium can make your vessels actually seep liquid out...so what happens is you have too much sodium and the major arteries around the heart and lungs can seep too much and actually drown you internally

That's right. I knew there was something that happened to you if you had too much sodium. Thanks for clearing that up.

Management Training in 3 Steps

Course One –

An eagle was sitting on a tree resting, doing nothing. A small rabbit saw the eagle and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing?"

The eagle answered: "Sure, why not."

So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the eagle, and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Management Lesson -

To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.

=======================================================================
Course Two –

A turkey was chatting with a bull. "I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree," sighed the turkey, "but I haven't got the energy."

"Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?" replied the bull. "They're packed with nutrients." The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree.

The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch. Finally after a fourth night, he was proudly perched at the top of the tree.

Soon he was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot the turkey out of the tree.

Management Lesson -

Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there.

=======================================================================
Course Three –

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze and fell to the ground in a large field. While t was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on it. As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, it began to realize how warm it was. The dung was actually thawing him out!

He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy. A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate.

Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.

Management Lesson - 3
(a) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.
(b) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.
(c) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

Lipstick

Pls be careful about the lipstick we use. This is truly good to know. Your lipsticks might cause you health problem. Brands don't mean everything. Lead is a chemical which causes cancer.

Recently a brand called, "Red Earth" decreased their prices from $67 to $9.99. It contained lead (plomo).

The Brands which contain Lead are:

1. Christian Dior
2. LANCÔME
3. CLINIQUE
4. Y.S.L
5. ESTEE LAUDER
6. SHISEIDO
7. RED EARTH (Lip Gloss)
8. CHANEL (Lip Conditioner)
9. Market America - Motives lipstick

The higher the lead content, the greater the chance of causing Cancer.

After doing a test on lipsticks, it was found that the Y.S.L. lipstick contained the most amount of lead. Watch out for those lipsticks which are supposed to stay longer. If your Lipstick stays longer, it is because of the higher content of lead.

Here is the test you can do yourself:

1. Put some lipstick on your hand,
2. Use a 24k-14k Gold ring to scratch on the lipstick.
3. If the lipstick color changes to black then you know the lipstick contains lead.

* Perhaps you would like to fwd this information to your female friends.
