People, Def Jam gets my vote for Game of the Month, at the very least. It's a pretty short ride (which is what holds it back from Game of the Year so far) but only because you cannot stop playing. I had well over 100 fights (97-19 at last count) but that was in the space of maybe four days and not playing non stop. This game is soo addictive. If I had to describe it then "the American Firepro" would be my best description. If you know the Firepro series then that says it all. The story mode is awesome and the CAW is great too, much more useful than any other one I've ever seen anywhere. The fighter list is also impressive. Not only does it have around 40 fighters running the range of celebrities from Meth, Fat Joe, and Busta to Slick Rick and Flava Flav but they also had each and every one do their own voice acting so all of the taunts (and there are plenty) are mad tight. Oh, they also have Crazylegs from the Rocksteady crew. How tight is that? Tighter than a teenage Girl Scout with a lemon in her shorts, I say.

If you like wrestling OR fighting games in the least then you have to try this game out. It actually made me take Burnout 3 out of my PS2.

Yeah, I've been enjoying the game. I borrowed it from Spydar a couple of days ago. I haven't been playing it non-stop, but I like what I've seen so far. I took me awhile to get use to the fighting style, plus I'm not that particularly good at fighters. I can say that I'm impressed, it has a much better gameplay then what I expected. I'm even somewhat surprised I'm enjoying it so much since it's not my usual type of game.

I rented it for a while and I beat the hell out of it. It's a ton of fun. At the lounge at school, we have Fight for NY tourneys. Now I just need to make Capital G on PS2.
