Well...i would agree with you in those super-major schools that you mentioned Grallik...but i scored a 1040 my first SAT and a 1030 on my second...and i got into a Jesuit University on the east coast that had an average SAT of 1275.
The most advice i can give ya for the real thing is probably just relax. Be quick about your responses...but dont fret over them. Like Sperrit said, learn to do simple things quickly...practice on your speed reading, and make sure that you already know the instructions before hand (i know that in preparation for the SATs, you get a practice test...so study the instructions so you dont have to waste time reading it.)
As they mentioned...the only real opponent here is time. And if a question is too hard for you, dont worry about ommiting it. You dont lose any credit...and if you have to guess...then go ahead and guess! you only loose a 1/4 of a point on a wrong answer.

You should check out FU Shammy! Its in Fairfield, Connecticut, and its really nice. Beautiful campus, nice people, good teachers, and good looking women  *pulls mind out of gutter*
And teh core curriculum is great if your going in unsure of a major!

From what i remember the PSAT is a load of crap!! It doesn't count for anything (at least it didn't back then), and no one really cares about it!!! Make shit up....lol. unless it counts now. |
