oh.. my god, i have the worste jet lag ever recently didn't think i could get it froma car ride since it had the word "jet" in it. I got up this moring at about 9 after going on a long paper route with my friend coshak and got home around 2am, went to bed and got up at 9am still tired. Any one have or had same or worse? |

AWA. Between a 13 hour drive to atlanta, 13 back, and the 60+/- hourswe spent at the con, I would estimate my total sleep time to be 15 hours. Never ran out of energy, though. Cons do that ^_^
As far as being tired and waking up tired, >_<. I cant remember any specifics, but I know it when it happens, and it sucks. Bad, sucks. |

Well in all my time flying the worst I think I got hit with was the flight from Miami FL to Buenos Aires Argentina. And there was at most only a one hour time change!
The biggest time change I went through was going from NYC to Rome, so that is just put to shame by you |

My worst jet lag was when I went to the UK after a 14 hour plane ride. Really messed up my internal clock. Luckily, I was able to take the first day and sleep at the right time to get aclimatized fairly easily. That first day was murder, though.

sperrit, i had an experiance similar to yours, only i went to the Czech Republic. Going was fine, but comming back messed me up, it took me week s to get back to a normal sleep schedule. and this only compounded the insomnia i was already suffering from. |
