Snow is WONDERFUL!! Here in Alabama, we get...maybe....1/8 of an inch,..and that is IF we are lucky..you can come live here UP and ill go to NY, plus ill be closer to Azzy!!!! |

well...the weather hit 30 degrees here...which is below freezing.
At least you get flat out snow, and none of this sleet / freezing rain garbage we get...and black ice *shudders*

Yeah, but you'll miss it, UP. Maybe for a little bit it will be nice, but you miss winter when you live in the south and grew up in the North. The changing of the seasons is a wonderful thing, and it's just not the same when 'changing seasons' means that the temp drops from 90* to 80*.
Anyway, Wok, I can understand your frustration, but I can't help but feel a little jealous. We almost never get snow in Seattle, and I actually like it when it snows. It adds a new and different dimension to the landscape that you don't get any way else.

man, i live in Georgia cuz i hate the cold, i mean 70 is too cold for me, i am know to wear a sweater while running in mid-day in mid-summer. yeah, somthing must be screwed up inside a me, cuz if you catch me without at least a long sleeve shirt on you have seen big foot, the loch ness monster or somthing similarly as rare... i cannot stand snow, cuz i hate being wet and cold and what is snow... or rain for that matter? it's cold wet stuff falling from the sky.... stupid winter...  |
